Re-watch Antoine Griezmann's beautiful chip goal vs. Villarreal


The hunt for the La liga trophy for the season 2019-20 continues with Real Madrid and Barcelona with the only two contenders who have a chance to clinch the title from other's reach.

On match day 34 of La liga, Villarreal and FC Barcelona went face to face which resulted in 1-4 victory in the favor of Setien's men. In the match, Villarreal's Gerard Morena scored the only goal from the home side while from the away side, Luis Suarez, Antoine Griezmann, Ansu Fati, and Pau Torres(OG) each scored one goal. Lionel Messi summed up his performance by providing two assists.



If we talk about the types of the goals scored, it was Antoine Griezmann's goal which grabbed the media's attention. It was an amazing chip goal from just the outside of the penalty box from the ball left by Leo Messi which made the assist. The goal was quite similar to the one scored by Leo Messi himself against Sevilla.

Even though the French forward is currently struggling to be playing at his best in the club but this goal made the fans believe in Griezmann's abilities to return to his best form.
